Introduction to Production Process

1. Raw material selection

Matrix resin: Vinyl ester resin (corrosion resistance), epoxy resin (high strength)

Reinforcement material: Alkali-free glass fiber cloth/yarn (tensile strength ≥300MPa)

 

2. Molding process

Hand lay-up molding: Hand lay-up of complex parts, precise control of thickness and fiber direction.

Wrapping molding: The tower body is wound by computer control to ensure balanced circumferential and axial strength.

Compression molding: High pressure molding of filler plates, spray pipes and other components, high density and good air tightness.

 

3. Post-treatment

Lining anti-corrosion layer: 2~3 layers of surface felt + resin to improve permeability resistance.

UV stabilizer: Anti-UV coating is added to the outer surface to adapt to outdoor environment.
