Installation Techniques For Fiberglass Pipes

Preparation is crucial before installing fiberglass pipes. First, carefully inspect the pipe's appearance for defects such as cracks and bubbles. If any are found, the pipe must be replaced immediately. Simultaneously, the terrain and embedded parts at the installation site must be precisely verified to ensure everything is in order.

During installation, strictly follow the order of "larger to smaller, lower to upper," like assembling building blocks, step by step steadily. Common connection methods include socket joints and flange connections. Socket joints are simple to operate and offer excellent sealing; however, ensure the socket is clean, free of any impurities, and select the correct size O-ring seal. Install gently and precisely to ensure a tight seal. Flange connections are suitable for parts that require frequent disassembly. When connecting, ensure the flanges are parallel and coaxial, and tighten the bolts to prevent leaks.

If connecting to equipment, the pipes must be thoroughly cleaned beforehand, ensuring there are no debris inside. The pipe openings must also be properly treated to guarantee a smooth transition. Furthermore, the pipe slope must be adjusted precisely according to design requirements, as this directly impacts fluid transport efficiency and cannot be taken lightly. The installation of supports is also crucial; the spacing must be reasonable, and the supports must be securely fixed to ensure the pipes stand firmly in place.
